Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management of the company's private and public cloud drive and
   maintenance of system standards, processes, specifications and implementation;

2. Responsible for the overall planning, architecture design and optimization of the application
   service system to ensure the performance, availability and stability of the business system;

3. Participate in the design and optimization of the application service system monitoring alarm
   system, strategy and implementation;

4. Responsible for the establishment of the application system disaster recovery system;

5. Responsible for handling the daily system changes, control the unexpected situation,
   the difficult problem analysis and solve;

6. Exploring and researching new application operation and maintenance technology;

7. To lead, manage and build the backend team (including but not limited to; network operations
   and maintenance engineers, system operations engineers, database operations, DBA, security
   operation and repair, testing engineers, and information security analysts).

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software engineering, Communication,
   Electronics, Information Technology or other related fields; Good English reading ability; 

2. More than 5 years working experience, at least 1 years team management experience,
   1 years O & M development experience;

3. Experience in the construction and development of large-scale public and private cloud O & M
   platforms; Deep understanding of Linux operating system, architecture, familiar with CentOS /
   RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.

4. Familiar with virtualization technology, cloud computing technology, container technology,
   Linux kernel, such as OpenStack, Cloud Stack, Docker, Nginx, Tomcat, LVS, Redis, ELK, Jenkins,
   Doker, K8s and other application service configuration and optimization and troubleshooting;

5. Proficient in O & M automation platform tools and technologies, such as: CMDB, monitoring,
   deployment, disaster recovery, etc. Familiar with tools such as Puppet, Saltstack, Ansible, etc.;

6. Proficient in at least 2 programming languages in Java / Python / Go / C, C + + / Node.js;
   Familiar with network architecture, such as IP planning, configuration management, topology
   display, equipment monitoring and other network O & M automation; Familiar with devops (or
   devsecops), CI / CD concept and practice; Familiar with monitoring software such as
   Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix and can analyze related indicators.

7. Proficient in AWS platform operation

8. Able to communicate in Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To establish and improve the organizational structure and management system of the
   company's financial accounting and financial monitoring, including the financial accounting
   system, fund and budget management system, financial supervision and analysis system, and
   internal control system, etc., and to monitor the effectiveness thereof;

2. To participate in the formulation of the company's development and business strategy
   planning, preside over the making of the financial strategy plan, including the profit plan,
   capital investment plan, financial plan, expenditure budget and cost plan, and be responsible
   for guiding and supervising the implementation thereof;

3. Assisting in operation and management, ensuring the quality of financial and accounting
   information, strengthening risk control so as to improve the overall financial operation
   efficiency of the company, be responsible for the construction of the financial management
   system, reducing the cost of operations and management and increasing the operational
   output;

4. Responsible for building the finance team of the company, clarifying the job responsibilities,
   and improving the overall professional skills and management level of the team;

5. Oversee planning and management of the company's tax, timely completion of tax declaration
   and annual audit work;
    

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance, financial management or related.
   Have more than 8 years' working experience in financial industry.

2. To have good sense of investment analysis and feasibility study, have good market foresight
   and practical experience in the whole process of successful project operation;
   Familiar with national financial policies, enterprise financial management and process,
   financial information technology, proficient in relevant tax, investment laws and regulations;

3. Strong ability in financial analysis and prediction, investment and financing, and risk
   prevention, Good at investment analysis and feasibility study, strong communication and
   business negotiation skills, good market foresight and practical experience in the whole
   process of successful operation;

4. Interested in blockchain / Web3.O / Cryptocurrency industry.

5. Able to communicate in Mandarin.
